QC Photos Before Shipping

QC photos help you decide whether the warehouse arrival visibly matches the product and variant you ordered. A consistent inspection order makes the review faster and reduces the chance that a small but important detail is overlooked.

Confirm identity first

Start with the basics: product type, color, version, quantity and included pieces. Compare the warehouse images with the original listing and your saved order notes. Check visible size or model labels where relevant. If the identity is wrong, there is little value in inspecting minor construction details first.

Review the overall appearance

Look at the full front, back and both sides when those views are available. Compare silhouette, proportions, color consistency and left-right symmetry. Lighting and camera angle can change how color or shape appears, so use multiple images before deciding that a difference is a defect.

Inspect category-specific details

For clothing, review stitching, seams, print or embroidery placement, labels, zippers, buttons and visible fabric condition. For shoes, check the pair together, sole shape, toe boxes, heel alignment, stitching, labels and included accessories. For bags and accessories, inspect hardware, closures, straps, edges and included pieces. Electronics require special attention to the exact model and shipping-route restrictions; photos alone cannot prove function.

Check sizing evidence

A tag is useful, but it does not replace measurements when fit is important. Compare visible measurements with the seller’s stated size information and your order notes. If you need another view, ask a precise question such as “show the size label and total length” rather than requesting unspecified extra photos.

Review packaging and included parts

Confirm that expected accessories or detachable pieces are visible when the order record says they are included. Note damaged retail packaging separately from product damage. Packaging choices can also affect parcel weight and volume later, so decide whether a box is necessary based on protection and current warehouse options.

Record the decision

Use three states: accepted, needs clarification and action required. Keep the reason beside the item ID. Do not submit a parcel while a relevant QC question remains unresolved. Return, exchange or refund availability depends on the current order, seller terms and timing, so use only the actions shown for that item.

Independent guide: Always verify the live product, order, warehouse and parcel pages before paying because availability, services, routes and fees can change.
