Lolobuy W2C Guide: QC and Shipping Checklist
A product link is only the beginning of an agent-style order. Use this guide to verify the source item, record the exact variant, review warehouse photos and prepare a parcel using current route and checkout information.
1. Confirm the W2C product route before paying
W2C means “where to cop.” A useful W2C route should bring you to the intended product rather than a homepage, a broad search result or an unrelated item. Compare the title, main image, seller, selected variation and visible product details. If the listing uses generic names, rely on several matching signals rather than one keyword.
Record the original link and the exact color, size, version and quantity you selected. Screenshots can help when a seller later edits a listing, but do not include passwords, payment details or private account information. If a product identifier is shown, keep it beside the link so similar listings are not confused.
Price shown on a spreadsheet is a discovery estimate, not a guaranteed final cost. Domestic delivery, optional services, currency conversion and international shipping may appear at different stages. Review the current checkout before committing to the order.
2. Review QC photos as evidence, not decoration
QC means quality check. Start by confirming identity: product type, color, version, quantity and included pieces. Then review visible construction such as shape, stitching, print placement, hardware, labels, soles or packaging, depending on the item. Compare the warehouse images with the seller listing and your recorded selection.
Use a consistent sequence. Check the full front and back, both sides, close-ups of important details and any size or model label. For an item where fit or dimensions matter, compare visible measurements with the listing’s size information. Perspective and lighting can affect appearance, so avoid making a decision from a single photo when another available angle resolves the question.
If something important is not visible, ask a focused question through the action currently available for that order. “Show the size label and total insole length” is more useful than “send more pictures.” Do not assume a photo service, return, exchange or refund outcome; these depend on the current platform option, seller condition, item and timing.
Separate findings into three states: accepted, needs clarification and action required. Only accepted items should move into a parcel plan. This prevents one unresolved item from being submitted simply because the rest of the group is ready.
3. Prepare shipping with actual parcel information
International shipping is not a fixed extension of the product price. Destination, actual weight, package dimensions, billable volume, product type, available route and optional packaging can all affect the final quote. Seller estimates are useful for rough planning, but the packed parcel and live route list are more relevant.
Group items by compatibility as well as arrival time. Soft clothing, rigid boxes, fragile goods and route-sensitive categories can need different handling. A larger consolidated parcel is not automatically cheaper if its dimensions increase volumetric weight or if one item narrows the available routes.
Before choosing a route, confirm the destination, recipient details, declared contents requirements, tracking level and current restrictions shown for the parcel. Compare the final cost and conditions at checkout. Do not rely on an old screenshot or another buyer’s destination because rates and eligibility can differ.
4. Final decision checklist
- The product route matches the intended item and variant.
- The original link, item ID and selection are recorded.
- Warehouse photos confirm identity and visible condition.
- Any important measurement or missing view has been resolved.
- Only accepted items are included in the parcel group.
- Weight, dimensions and route eligibility use current parcel data.
- Destination and recipient details are checked carefully.
- The final checkout cost and current terms have been reviewed.
This workflow cannot guarantee a product or delivery outcome. Its purpose is to replace rushed decisions with traceable checks at the stages where evidence becomes available.
